Grief as Beloved South African DJ Gunned Down in the City of Johannesburg.

A renowned South African radio and club DJ has been murdered in the nation's economic hub Johannesburg, sending shockwaves across a nation struggling with entrenched crime.

Warrick Stock, popularly known as DJ Warras, was gunned down in the downtown area on a Tuesday afternoon.

Police said the forty-year-old presenter was confronted by three individuals, with one began shooting at him before fleeing on foot.
